  • We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms

4. For Homeowners

  • Quote requests are free and non-binding
  • We do not guarantee installer availability, pricing, or work quality
  • You are responsible for verifying installer credentials and licensing
  • Any contracts are between you and the installer directly

5. For Installers

  • You must maintain valid licensing and insurance as required by your jurisdiction
  • Information provided must be accurate and kept up to date
  • You agree to respond to leads promptly and professionally
  • Subscription fees are billed monthly and are non-refundable
  • We reserve the right to remove listings that violate our quality standards

6. Payments and Subscriptions

  • Subscription plans are billed monthly through Stripe
  • You may cancel your subscription at any time; access continues until the end of the billing period
  • Refunds are provided at our discretion and only in cases of service failure on our part
  • We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days notice

7. Prohibited Conduct

You agree not to:

  • Provide false or misleading information
  • Use the Service for any illegal purpose
  • Harass, spam, or abuse other users
